Purchased CLK 350 mid October '17, 1st week realised main remote key didn't work, near side front tyre worn nearly illegal replaced these. November had to replace both rear tyres had no grip, advertised as "good tyres".December engine management light appears, had two independent garages put on diagnostic machine that read balance shaft in engine problems and advised a new engine was needed, had light reset but came back on two weeks later. back to garage and same diagnostic report and had light reset, this car had only covered 49,000 mls, i googled this and it is a defect on most Mercedes engines due to inferior materials. I have called Max twice early January and left two voice mails as never answered or replied.Have had to sell the car at a great loss to the trade after covering only 1,200 mls in three months,would i buy from Max again or Mercedes ? you decide !!
