I do not recommend this car company because when you want to exchange it says that the hpi verification system does not work and you stop the deposit that you will not give back if nh suits the car you want to exchange or it gives you a very low price.

Dear buyers, you have been lucky ones. But I assure you peoples review here IS TRUE. The staff are all kind but I promise you this, once a matter comes to light affecting your car you will see another light to them. I went to them several times to have a fault fixed but they keep ordering the wrong part and apparently even when you show them where for their knowledge apparently it's still your fault even prior to purchase and they promise to have this fixed. They are not to be trusted. They have since taken my car to give a full refund yet they will not give an admin cost charge as this is part of the refund. They now wish to charge me the use of milage for the car which had been with me. My Experience with them at first was good until not fixing the problem and attitude they give. Their favourite word on the phone when you call - "...Oh hello, I was just about to call you..." Or "next person I was going to call you..." The car was still showing for sale on their website since purchased in June 2021 and as soon as they have recently taken back (AUG 2021) the car because they did not wish to fix the car they immediately amended the website details and placed £2000 more on top of the initial car selling price in June 2021 to maximise their profit. IF YOU HAVE BOUGHT A CAR AND YOU ARE WITHIN YOUR WARRANTY PERIOD PLEASE ADVISABLE TO HAVE A INDEPENDANT to check your car for faults. PLEASE BE WARY OF THEM. I bought an Estate in June 2021. There was a fault with the car prior to purchase and was told this to the seller and was promised this would be fixed. They do not respond to emails and leave everything on calls so there is no trail to back support you if needed. I also wanted this on email but that never came. Hussain, Joseph and Jacob I had met. Hussain CEO has a temper and does not know how to treat people when you bring an issue to him and will try to weasel out of it, responsibility. He and the team will do what it takes to sell you the car afterwards they really don't care. They don't give courtesy cars either if it is to be fixed. They only do what's legally required for the car to be on the road once you are out of the warranty period they care not, it is not their problem.

Thanks for this review I’ve looked at a few other reviews too and this has absolutely convinced me to steer clear from this outfit and buy elsewhere.
We had been looking for a new car for some time so you understand we are not regular purchasers of vehicles. While researching MB Brent we were aware there were some poor reviews alongside the very good ones and had to take this into account as nobody wants to be conned out of hard earned money but understand that not everyone can please everyone so we went for it Adam was the first salesman we met at the showroom and he couldn't have been more attentive, professional and able to provide the information we needed. Much the same as Zulfi and Hussein who gave us the same courtesy It's been a week since our purchase from MB Brent and because of the poor reviews we have been waiting for something, anything to go wrong but no. The purchase went smoothly, funds transferred, extended warranty completed and the car is superb to drive, no faults. If you're looking and dubious because of the poor reviews - rest assured MB Brent are very professional and made our purchase smooth and straight forward and we would gladly use them again. You are wrong. Right now it appears fine. Until you come across a problem you will see the other side of them. They never put anything on email always verbal they make promise on. The took the car back from very recently, i bought the car in June 2021 and i pointed out a fault which they saw, took notice and checked yet they order the parts x3 times wrong and blame me. The car purchased is still on their website. They have since raised the price for the car, £2000 more from which it was brought. The manager is kind when he and team want to sell the car, but you will find out when there is something gone wrong you will find out. The do not apparently give back any admin cost fee though there is no contract of that to stipulate which i can see. They do not know how deal with complaints or people. I hope the car you have is good and does not need to go through this. I made a mistake for which others have done so before me trusting them. MY ADVICE/SUGGESTION HAVE THE CAR CHECKED INDEPENDENTLY PRIOR TO YOUR WARRENTY EXPIRES The reviews are usual done by the sellers asking you to do it. They

im only replying because you have stated that the poor reviews are wrong, you sir, are very lucky that your car is ok (so far) all the reviews are about (Hussain's) total lack of aftercare or willingness to correct or put right faults, he takes your money, and thats it...... he talks the talk, but is a very unscrupulous person, he will be judged come the time.
CRIMINALS - Can you not give zero stars? As MB Brent Park deserve no more after refusing to refund our £500 deposit, even though the car was not fit for purpose and not as described We have bought a few cars in the past from this dealer (I myself am a trader, and get charged £399 extra on top of retail price for the privilege of buying from here) - they are not the best, but they are always competitively priced. After confirming the condition of a low mileage 2019 C300 coupe, I paid a deposit of £500 and sent my driver to collect on a transporter. After inspecting the car, our driver/technician said the tyres were threadbare, ILLEGAL for a retail ready car, and our code reader showed abnormally low fuel pressure. On a car this new with this level of performance, this indicates a car that has been abused. They got angry when they heard we'd plugged in a code reader too, although this is standard practice when purchasing a £30k vehicle! So we chose to walk away as the risk of buying this car wasn't worth taking, costing us a days wages and 400 miles in wasted fuel. As the car was not fit for purpose and not as described, we politely requested our deposit be returned. Our legal right! They refused to return our money, and laughed it off saying trade sales cannot have their deposits returned - I advise anyone considering to buy from here to think twice and try to avoid - if a deal is to good to be true, it usually is. We have now blacklisted MB Brent Park and advised all our friends in the industry to do the same. If they had refunded our deposit I would have had no reason to complain, idiots
