Avoid MB500
Bought car from then in November 2016 and the car developed a fault. Couldn't drive it back to dealership and wouldn't collect the car. Agreed to let me repair the car myself and reimburse the cost of repair but when I sent the invoice they magically don't answer emails or call back... but when you email them from a different email address asking about a car they have on stock 10 minutes later they reply in seconds... Obviously have no interest at all in repaying the money so the issue is now with trading standards and a solicitor. A shame really because the service didn't seem too bad and they seemed quite helpful and I would have gone back to buy again but now I'll avoid MB500 like the plague. Even more puzzling as I wanted to but the extra warranty with them too which I am sure would have made them more money? Very confusing set up...
