Mis Sold Vehicle
Mis-represented/ mis-sold me a car as approved used when the car was in fact non-approved. The car didn't have a full service history and hadn't in fact been serviced at all in the previous 17 months. Absolutely no attempt to rectify the situation other than offering me a 'replacement' car that would cost an extra £14 per month and require an additional £500 deposit. When I tried to escalate my complaint I found out the dealership aren't represented by the Motor Ombudsman even though they claim to be on their website. Countless un-returned calls, countless hours wasted dealing with this. Car has now been rejected to the finance company and the finance company have also reported the dealership for their handling of the situation.
