They owe me money

I bought a pre owned A250 amg auto off Mercedes Manchester and only had the car for 12 days. Due to problems with the steering/suspension I took the car back in for a check. I was told there was nothing wrong with the car besides tyre skip which is normal. I wasn't happy with this reply and asked for my money back which they agreed to instantly. I handed back the car and all relevant paperwork and also gave the sales manager my details to transfer the money back into my account as I had payed cash. It is now 4 days later and no cash has been put in my bank account. I have emailed and also called into the showroom and have been fobbed off each time with them saying it will be with you by the end of day today (it never has) Do not trust these people, I will now have to seek legal advice to claim my £26000 back if this carries on much longer.
