My husband went to two dealerships before visiting here, one of which were awful, very poor customer service. I'm the glad to say Motorpoint in Chingford were outstanding, he dealt with different people at different stages and everybody was so helpful, despite being stuck in traffic and missing the time slot it wasn't a problem, the girl at the dealership had the time to show him around the car. The car was great and practically sold itself but the great customer service on the back of that just made the experience even better.
