2nd time we where stung

Wife inquired about price for a new electronic handbrake, she was asked to cone through so they could have a look....they done a 100 point inspection and charged her £100 to then be told the handbrake costs more than the car was worth. Purchased a car from them a year ago and agreed repairs to it through email, 1 year later still waiting for repairs to be done. They are the worst of the worst there
