Recently bought a used car; disappointed
I bought a used car from NK Motors Chilwell 3 weeks ago. A few days after buying the car I spoke to NK Motors about a problem with the front headlight unit which had condensation. I was advised to monitor this however it was obvious that the condensation was not due to weather conditions. The other front headlight did not have condensation. After taking the car to their Service section to be looked at, I a told they will not repair the fault despite the fact I mentioned the problem soon after purchasing the car. Is that really acceptable or good customer service?
