NK MOTORS DERBY - AURAN DELIVERS AGAIN!

Auran Sharma has now processed my 8th vehicle from NK MOTORS, DERBY. My previous car was written off in an accident and Auran went beyond what a customer could normally expect from the dealership. The vehicle I wanted was not immediately available so he not only ensured that process was actioned as quickly as possible, but also sourced a courtesy car over the Christmas and New Year period. The level of customer service was, as always, professional and, from my previous KIA purchases, the back up support regards handover {Kim}, service, MOT and warranty troubleshooting issues remains at that initial customer/dealership level of experience.
