Went above and beyond,phenomenal service

Went to view a Freelander at North West Autos, I got the keys really quickly had some questions answered and was left to have a good look. I had a look through the paper work in the car and noticed some missing service history so I asked Pat if they had any more paper work and she soon found some more service history for the vehicle. This then confirmed to me that this car was for me so she had a look at my part exchange and after Cam had a quick drive they gave me a very good price for it, they worked with me as best as they possibly could. Pat then sorted out the finance, once this was approved I asked if I could take the car for a quick test drive just to be 100% sure and she quickly got the car ready for me. Once I got back I put a deposit on the car and Pat let me know it would be ready at the end of the week! The next day there was a minor issue with the finance company being awkward but Pat soon had a solution and we sorted everything over the phone, I then got notified on the Friday of that week that the car was ready and I went to collect it on Saturday. I arrived to collect my car and everything was going great until my old cars Coolant tank chose that moment to fail and all of the Coolant went all over NWA’s floor. Cam was fantastic and showed me what was going on and calm me down, he explained he was going to have his mechanics check the car properly and see if it was something minor. After they checked the car over Cam then came to tell me he was still happy to go ahead with the Deal, I was astounded as I am sure any other garage would not have taken the time to properly assess the car and would simply have called the deal off. Pat then proceed to complete the hand over and soon got me into my new car. I highly recommend North West Autos and cannot thank Pat and Cam enough, you simply cannot ask for a better service. I hope I can come back and buy again in the future! :)
