What a dreadful experience from start to finish! Car condition was much poorer than the photographs depicted. Despite a 10 day wait for an MOT, water pump and cam belt change, 3 of the 7 seat belts found not working and a number plate was cracked. 2 belts found at the time of sale and acknowledged, another seat belt and rear door lock mechanism failure found after the sale. It took no less than 2 months to get a change of keeper, despite numerous calls to be assured the V5 had been sent off - only then to discover the entire original V5 was given to me at the time of sale. The receptionist did not know what a V5 was, and our sales assistant was oblivious - with a few (of many) interactions foremost in my mind: -Asking me why she had left a note to herself to call me. -During a conversation about the V5, I was asked to hold the line for 2 minutes whilst another customer was let out. After an epic 40 minute wait, the line went dead, and when I called back, it was as though we had never spoken before, ever. -Absolutely no understanding of the significance of previous owners on vehicles. Called to speak to management and got put through to Admin, who then put me through to the sales assistant. Emailed the management, who replied with some disinterest and a sign-off as 'Ali', with no acknowledgment of the seat belt failures - despite being sold with a 2 day old MOT! Definitely, would not recommend.

Good morning, Thank You for your feedback, we are so sorry to hear of you experience. One of the reasons that we take on average 78 pictures per car, in a fully lit photo booth, is so any marks, big or small, are clearly demonstrated to our customers even before they visit the garage, the photos are taken from every angle, inside and outside, we also take full pictures of the engine bay. We sell approximately 150 cars every month, hence we will always request a 7 to 10 days turnaround, during this period a full MOT, Service, Cam Belt Kit, and Water Pump change is done, along side any other mechanical and electrical issues that are found. The number plate did require changing as a vehicle with a towbar had slightly damaged it whilst in our car park, this was done immediately for you. During the negotiating process, you pointed out a few minor defects, which were in the advert pictures, and a discount was given, normally this ends the matter, and we all move on. If you have a door lock and seat belt issue, please return the vehicle and we will address and rectify them FOC and with pleasure. We are slightly confused with the V5 issue, you would have requested it, at the point of sale for us to give it to you, normally, we send them off, therefor, if you had it why would you constantly call and question why it hasn’t been sent off? We try our best to please all our customers and appreciate any feedback give, however, we would like for there to be fairness and understanding whilst posting on line especially when buying older, used, second hand items.

Excellent service from team and especially Paige who dealt we me personally. I was so impressed by quality of the cars and how I was allowed to review any of them in my own time without any pressure. Paige took me through all details efficiently. On test drive had minor noise from a break and they fixed it immediately on site which is incredibly helpful. AA warranty as a comfort was great value. Looking forward to my new car

Full of lies and a con man, bought a car that had “a fresh” mot and after the car was taken to a local garage they found, wrong calipers in the original sliders so we’re very loose and could of caused a catastrophic accident, bulbs not working, bolt missing out of a front seat, pins not in castle nuts for your steering, front wheel bearing collapsed, wouldn’t pass emissions, overheating and other things I’ve probably forgotten. Wouldn’t even send my worst enemy her for a car, they should be closed down for such a shoddy garage and passing out cars that are unfit for the roads and a danger to life! Shame on Kam the owner as he knew all about this.

I bought a Hyundai i10 after visiting other car retailers in the area and North West Autos were by far the best team to deal with from the friendly helpful sales staff to the workshop team. The vehicle was good value for money and I would always start with Northwest Autos for future purchases.

I would give no stars if I could. The day I picked the car up it had an engine warning light on dash,take to mechanic straight away, they said not to worry it just needs fuel so they put a small amount in and disconnected the battery to wipe the code warning. After driving home about 40 miles the light came back on and the car was miss firing and would not pull. so I rang every day and emails everyday for 2 weeks before I got a response, which was bring the car back but to us. I had to pay to get it recovered back to them as they wouldn’t collect. I asked for my money back but they refused point blank even though I was in the right to do so. Plus I emailed them within a few days of collecting the car. They then had the car for 3 months I called every day and emailed every day of the 3 months and the same response. “The guy you need to speak to ain’t in I will get him to call when he’s in” he never did in 3 months the owner is Ali. I demanded the money back after 3 months and wouldn’t get off the phone until Ali spoke to me. He promised me i will fix the car get your log book sorted and also find your full service history and send it back with the car, so I agreed to all these terms. 1 week later the car was dropped off 100 yards away from my house with keys chucked through lette The problem is still not fixed the car won’t start and engine is dead with expected bore score also still don’t have the log book or full service history or any paperwork. The car is a Porsche boxster cost £7900 estimated cost of fixing is £3850 they no longer answer phone when I ring of my mobile and do not respond to any emails I send. I have been ripped off big time and am desperate to know what to do. I brought the car on 2nd of December 2022 it’s now 10th may 2023 and I have covered 70 miles in the car. I own my own business and am baffled how they could treat someone like this. Don’t risk it if your car breaks down there is no courtesy car!! They won’t fix it and they will ignore you. Scum of the earth. I have now paid 6 months tax and insurance on a car that I needed for work and now have to catch the bus. Best wishes John-Paul Melia

After scanning our records, yes, a repair was done at the local Porsche Specialist in January and we delivered the vehicle back to you FOC, you have been advised to return the vehicle if it currently has an issue and we will assist with your query, even though your warranty provided has expired. Unfortunately, you are not entitled to a refund as you accepted a repair in January, however, if that repair has failed then the circumstances will be different, but you need to return the vehicle for an inspection. Constantly bombarding our phone lines and emails will not pressurize us in to accepting your current demands of a full refund. We would appreciate your honesty and request for you to show full transparency and explain why the vehicle has only covered 40ish miles since purchase, you have made us aware of your driving license circumstances. You have been advised to contact the DVLA with regards to your paperwork matter, due to Data Protection they will not be able to disclose any information to us. Moving forward, as advised, please return the vehicle for a full inspection and repair at your convenience.
