i bought a toyota aygo and within days it had water in the boot, reverse light failed and i had an engine warning light on. I fixed the water ingress myself as it is a common fault with this model. Just took out 2 screws in the tail light and cleaned and resealed it. problem solved, the company asked me to bring the car in and they fixed all the other problems including removing locking wheel nuts i had no key for.They even replaced all the back light clusters. All done with politeness and a smile.
