We find buying a new used car stressful but Rick made the whole process straightforward and as enjoyable as possible in the circumstances. Top class service from Rick. Having had a very bad car buying experience recently Rick went above and beyond to put me at ease when I purchased a BMW from him. All the staff were honest and friendly and even gave my wife a lovely bunch of flowers when we went to collect the car. Had my cars service and MOT done at Northridge Cars today, I was really impressed by the service they told me that they wouldn't do anything other than the work we had agreed without calling me first, Paul called to say that my car had gone straight through it's MOT but the brake pads were low and would not last much longer, he told me the price and I agreed to the extra work, when I arrived to pick my car up he showed me the worn out brake pads and the price was exactly as agreed. A Great service and a great price too,

Excellent customer service and advice given from start to finish at Northridge Cars , Hemel Hempstead. No pressure applied and as a female who knows very little about cars it is really important to feel you can ask stupid questions and get an honest and trustworthy answer. The car was prepped and ready and the handover was thorough and not rushed, I drove away as pleased as punch and would highly recommend Northridge cars to anyone.

I just picked up my new Ford Focus from these guys, they made me and my wife feel really comfortable and under no pressure to buy.
