EXPENSIVE MISTAKE
Car I bought from the Nottingham Autogroup drove well upon test drive and price was fair and was assured the car had NEVER been in an ACCIDENT and showed no faults but that an AC needed to be regassed. Looking around the car upon leaving i noticed part of the grill had been taped on with black tape to hide the fact a bird or small animal had gone through it and smashed into unknowingly at the time the AC condenser behind. I spoke to the manager at the time who did not want anything to do with the car even though i brought it minutes before and had a warranty. Agreed to split the cost of a new grill which they never got back to me about even though numerous attempts to do so. Now summer has come and i needed AC i have to foot the bill of a new AC condenser (£144) + AC recharge (£36) + Labour (£80) while leaving the broken grill to sort another day. UNHAPPY, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
