Up until the sale, everything was absolutely perfect. After paying for the car there was quite a big delay in getting the car to me, however apart from that issue, I am very pleased with Nuneaton. I would still use them and I do still think they were great, I just wish there wasn't such a delay. Everytime I get asked where I get my car from I always recommend Nuneaton, so no hard feelings at all!!

I thought it was very nice of you to give me a follow up call, it is very rare you get a dealership that does that. I think my Honda is fantastic, I love it, I absolutely love it! Your team are so helpful, when we view the car we notice some things, but they got them repaired for us in 2 hours, we were so happy. I would recommend any of my friends to go on your website, they are worth the journey. We travelled from London to Nuneaton to view the car. At first I was thinking oh it is too far, but my husband said no lets go, and I am so glad we did. The car is really good and the price is very reasonable, not too bad at all 😁.

I am getting a refund on the car. They tried to fix it but was unable to. But other than that I was happy with all involved when I bought the car and happy with those who sorted out the refund. You have a good team over there. If ever I look for another car I will return but at present I'm sticking with my old one.

Reece has been fantastic a really nice guy to deal with. I was having a bit of an issue with the SD card for the Satnav so he sent me out a new one. However, this one needs a login, so he is currently looking into that for me too. He has been such a courteous and helpful lad, I cannot fault him one bit, I highly recommend!

Really good customer service at Nuneaton, everyone was really helpful and patient with me. They got an issue sorted on the car for me so I couldn't fault them really, I wish the warranty covered a bit more than it does but apart from that I am really happy.

The first car I got from Nuneaton wasn't really up to standards, it had a few issues and just wasn't really what I was after. I let the team know my concerns, and they were so understanding and said we can either give you as full refund or we can sort you out with a different car. That is how I ended up with this gorgeous Jag. Everything was outstanding, it was all swapped over really quickly, I can't recommend them enough!
