I was so impressed with the service from these guys that I even spend time sending them a long email thanking them for everything as well as writing this review. This is by a shadow of doubt the best service I have ever had from a car dealership. Two words to describe the customer service from them would be bloody amazing. Tony could not do enough to help you, providing me with fine detail about the car, answered every single one of my questions, and did not put any pressure on me to purchase the car. The whole buying experience was surreal. I cannot thank them enough for everything and as far as my new corsa goes, I'm loving it, it is so much fun to drive.

I first found out about Nuneaton Car Sales a few years ago when I decided to call in and have a look around. I always knew that it was a good place to buy a car from, with a decent set up and reputation. I happened to be in the market for a new car so I went to see them again and spoke to Ivan, Ivan was such a lovely fella, polite and informative, I got to take the mini for a test drive and it was brilliant to drive so I decided to go ahead and buy it before somebody else did. Very happy indeed that I decided to do so. Would shop here again when I am wanting a change and be certain to tell anyone that I know that is looking for a new car to give these a try also.

Extremally happy with this car dealer. Recently bought my car from here. Had some slight problems with the car at first but when I told them about this they were quick to get this sorted for me and I have not had any issues since. Nice to see a company that's got it's customers interests at heart and were not just after the sale. Totally made up with my Seat, it drives nice and certainly does the job that I require it to. I only gave these 4 out of 5 stars because no one is perfect and I never give top marks to anyone.

The car is everything Jak said it would be, I absolutely love the Merc. It's exactly as described and looks immaculate. I received excellent customer service from Jak. I did not have much dealings with Nuneaton Car Dealership because I went through Midlands Credit and they did everything for me. I did not have to lift a finger it was so easy and straight forward. I placed the order on the internet and the car was delivered to my doorstep. Very happy indeed with the Picanto, no issues at all with anything. A well deserved 5 stars.

Nuneaton have been absolutely amazing to deal with, The sales man I think his name was Tony was such a helpful, polite guy, he really did go out of his way for me, he certainly did more than I expected and he were always just a phone call away if I needed anything. During the sale he was fantastic and even after the sale their level of service hasn't dropped. Definitely recommend to anybody looking for a reputable dealer with reliable stock!
