Car was not handed over great

Picked our freelander up from PW Millar yesterday when we arrived they were unaware that we were collecting the car, even though this was agreed on Thursday for Saturday collection between 9-10, they had to clean the car as it was filthy still, not polished and valeted as promised, they had a go at cleaning it but there was still mud all over the steering column and the leather was grimy, dashboard hadn’t been cleaned in an age but it was hoovered they had used some kind of chemical cleaner in the car it smelled like nail varnish and this stayed with my wife on her entire journey 120 miles home. It pouring with rain and there’s a saying don’t buy a car in the rain today now it’s dry there are more scratches on the car than a cat scratch post. It’s awful, yes the car is 8 years old but I paid over £9000 for it. The car was totally empty of fuel even the reserve was on reserve. I have spent 3 hours cleaning it today but it’s going to need a proper valet and the outside a professional mop and polish. Be wary of this company if its raining then hold fire before taking on a car as you may end up the same way. I am very disappointed as the Customer service side up to the sale was good.
