Worst attitude I have ever experienced

Used BMW portal to select and book the work I required. On dropping off vehicle was told that they had read my key and I actually required extra work with a further cost of £140. Tried to decline extra work and just get what I asked for to be told that was not possible and they could either do everything or nothing. Ridiculous presumptuous attitude.
