Unpleasant Experience at BMW Partridge Dealer I recently had a disheartening experience at BMW Partridge Dealer that compelled me to share my feedback. My hope is that this review serves as a cautionary tale for potential customers. From the outset, my excitement to purchase a car from BMW Partridge was dampened when I discovered imperfections and scratches on the vehicle during the pre-purchase inspection. Despite assurances from BMW Member James that these issues would be promptly addressed, my subsequent experience has been nothing short of disappointing. On the day of collection, it became evident that the promised service had not been completed. While the manager was involved to address concerns about paint and scratches, the subsequent attempt to rectify the problems at my residence was unsuccessful. The technician acknowledged the need for repainting and captured photographic evidence of the persisting paint issues. To exacerbate matters, the subsequent communication from BMW Partridge only deepened my dissatisfaction. The email I received attempted to justify the unaddressed concerns, stating that certain imperfections were highlighted during their attempts to rectify the situation. This is in stark contrast to the initial assurance that all identified issues would be resolved prior to the purchase. As a customer who paid in cash with the expectation of receiving service that aligns with BMW standards, the current state of affairs is both shocking and disappointing. The lack of accountability and the discrepancy between promises and actions are simply unacceptable. In conclusion, my experience with BMW Partridge Dealer has left me deeply dissatisfied, and I would caution anyone considering a purchase from this dealership to thoroughly inspect the vehicle and manage their expectations accordingly.
