Great Customer Service

This review is for Kara at Perrys Motor Sales in Chesterfield. Extremely customer service-focused, helpful, informative and personable. We were not pressured to purchase; there was no heavy sell, just an honest and straightforward approach. Kept informed at each stage of the process. A couple of after-sales issues cropped up, and she dealt with them equally professionally. Definitely, a credit to the company - it is not often you receive that level of personal service nowadays and we were really impressed.
