During this covid virus I needed to change my car to automatic but wasnt really possible due to being shielded so when I found Reed Autos I was very pleased to see they deliver. I found the car I wanted and contacted them I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth the deal went. My car was delivered by John who was very pleasant and helpfull I'm very happy with my car and wont hesitate to contact them if I want to change in the future. Full Mark's all round guys Thank you.

I bought a Nissan Qashqai, low mileage and purchased it with extra warranty. Was told that the vehicle had gone through their service checks but two weeks after purchase the vehicle broke down on the A1 with my wife and autistic son onboard. It was very traumatic. Phoned the company from the A1 and was told they couldn't help. I had no choice but to phone the AA. It then cost me £200 to get the vehicle recovered back to my house. Took the car to my local garage who carried out a full inspection. The car filter was so bunged up the mechanic said that he couldn't believe the car would even drive. That inspection and replacement filter cost me £170, so 2 weeks after purchase i have spent almost £400 on a car that was supposedly inspected before it left the forecourt. On top of that the extra warranty I purchased didn't even cover the work that needed to be done. Spoke to Reed after the incident who refused to compensate us for the expenses incurred because they were unable to carry out the inspection citing COVID 19 as the reason the car wasn't properly serviced. Awful experience. After

Booked an appointment to test drive a car, would recommend doing, they were busy. I was under no pressure to buy, Ross was very helpful throughout the process and explained everything in detail. Would definitely buy from Reed Autos again, thoroughly good experience.

As soon as I emailed Reed Autos they called me & worked totally around me for an appointment time. It was all very clear & consider & considering the current COVID restrictions everything was done with Social Distancing as a priority at all times. Highly recommend Reed Autos to anyone as such a huge selection of cars to pick from too!
