Shameful

Bought a Nissan Qashqai from AVA Cars, Coventry at a Rugby address. Guy called Ben was who I dealt with. If you are looking for a car DO NOT go to them. I got my car delivered without seeing it as i'm in Scotland and made the mistake of not checking reviews of this bunch of scum. No locking wheel nut key (going to cost me), no log book so don't know if I legally own the car, spare key doesn't work so probably from another car. I contacted them several times and no response - supposed to still be under warranty but nothing back from them.
