I have been driving for 60 years and in that time I can assure you I have purchased many cars, what makes this experience any different from all the others was for the first time I was not met by a car salesman. I was not sold a car but introduced to one, the service made me feel valued, nothing was too much trouble. I walked away knowing I had made a new friend and someone who would look after me.
