Do not trust QUALITY CARS ESSEX I bought a car from them a year ago, had problems straight away on the drive back the clutch was slipping I booked it into my local garage as quality cars essex was over 200 miles away and my garage gave me a list of problems wrong with it one which was an mot fail, but I had a new mot that was 2 weeks old, so I rang him told him and I got loads of abuse and swearing from the man and he hung up he was the director of the garage at the time, so got in touch with trading standards and went through the courts trying to get my money back and called in bailiffs but he had closed his garage 2 months after I bought the car, I had an AA inspiration done on it before it went to court and it came back as being dangerous and a MOT fail, the car I bought for £1795 has cost me £3200 with repairs and fee's, so my car had a dodgy mot on it, a year on the car has failed big style with rotten inner and outer sills so technically the car was scrap when I bought it, I have now found out that his wife / girlfriend is the director now they are still using the same name they only have a mobile phone number and they put loads of pictures of the cars up on the Internet, if you want a cheap car buy from them but be Warned they put dodgy mot's on none road legal cars, they were based in Tiptree..
