Bought a car from them, on drive home of collection an issue warning arose on the dashboard. It was agreed for it to be collected and sorted. After weeks of poor communication I was assured the repairs were done and all was sorted. Upon driving the car again after drop off 20 mins in a new warning light popped up. It was agreed that it would go to a 3rd party garage to undergo repairs as they couldn’t do it in house. On the 3rd party inspection more damage then good had happened during so called ‘repairs’ and new parts that were put in had to be replaced and other parts they wasn’t damaged had been damaged and needed replacing. Nothing but poor customer service during all of this. Wanted to help as little as possible. Only had eyes in the businesses favour and not the customer. Would highly recommended avoiding!!!!!
