Appalling.

I placed a deposit on a Renault Zoe after a slow and painful negotiation process, only to cancel it after the NCAP safety tests came back with a worrying Zero star rating!! I was promised a refund, but it took over two weeks during which time the dealership stopped responding to my polite emails, and also failed either to answer the phone at all, or reply to my automated requests left on their system. The whole dealership is a joke. They told mistruths and failed to even speak to me. That’s the last time I consider Renault. Shame.
