We visited Richlee Motors last week on the off chance and my husband decided there and then on a Mercedes A Class. I wasn't really sure what car I wanted initially but glad we picked this car. There was no pushy sales and Brian was very helpful throughout the purchasing process. I had a wobble and wanted another test drive, which was no trouble for Dan to sort out. Customer service was excellent and everything was in order, well almost apart from a spare wheel we had asked for and had not been ordered. Hopefully we can pick up next week. All in all a good experience and would recommend a visit to Richlee Motors.

We have recently brought a red mini from Rich Lee Billericay. After visiting their other showroom more or less weekly looking for a Mini we found one at their Billericay showroom. The new showroom there is amazing and the service we received from the Manager there was also first class. I must say Alan is a credit to your company. We test drove on the Saturday and picked it up on the Monday along with some delicious cakes which was a lovely touch. After an awful experience at another car dealers we were a little reluctant to carry on our search, but I must say we are glad we did. We would highly recommend Rich Lee Billericay and definitely Alan. Thanks for all your help.

I always use richlee because they are helpful although I never brought my motor there , But they did try to get me what I wanted . But now I use rich lee all the time for any work or service done to my motor And I would recommend them for sure I am happy with what they do for me .

I have been using Richlee Motors for the past 30 years for my used cars, I have recomended them to many of my family and friends. I have never had a problem with them and if I had a problem it was dealt with promtly and without any fuss by Richard and Jerry. This is the only used car dealer that I would ever buy from, I cant understand how other reviews say they are bullys and dont care, they are a very friendly company to deal with and if you do have a problem talk to them and it will be sorted with no problems. I do understand that you get rouge cars every now and again, but I dont understand how some of the reviews state that they are bullys and dont care, I think it is how you treat and speak to people on the service that you will recieve. 5 star service from me.
