Damaged my car - still not perfect

Damaged my car while doing some other work on a low mileage pristine vehicle purchased from them in Jan 21, on attempting to repair that damage they cauased even more damage. Had to chase them constantly, but they never answered the phone at the service desk. Ended up having to raise a complaint with head office. Car still not repaired to the same standard as when they started working on it (6 months later!). Cost me so much in time and fuel for their poor attempts to reverse their damage. Zero quality control and very poor communication. Regret ever having set foot in the place.
