Buyer Beware

Be very wary about buying a car from this trader. We did and it was a costly mistake. The owner does not use his real name, and at best he is very economical with the truth. He was selling vehicles from the driveway of an empty house in Manchester. He has dissolved two companies with a similar name in the last few years - search for RMA Cars on companies house. If a company is dissolved then there will be very little financial comeback if you have issues, and this is a common practice used by unscrupulous traders. If you do give this guy your money, then ensure all the paperwork is present and valid for the vehicle, and I would recommended paying for your own HPI check on any of the vehicles. We made the stupid mistake of leaving without a proper invoice and warranty, believing the guy would email them to us. He didn't, and this led to weeks of hassle.
