Unfortunately I've had to cancel my service plan with kia as I have changed my car. Whilst the plan has ended I was advised that there was a pot of money to be returned to me. This was in May of this year and to date despite several phone calls and promises of a call back I still do not have my money returned to me. They will be quick to tale your money but you won't get anything you are owed back to you. I've been in need of this money which is in excess of £100 but I've been totally disregarded. I'm so disappointed with the lack of service, response and honesty I've received from kia leicester.

I have just purchased a brand new Kia Picanto from Hannah at Sandicliffe Leicester and would like to thank her ( and Kerry) for making the whole buying experience great. Hannah patiently listened to my questions, answered all, was not at all pushy ( bad experience from other dealers), was so helpful, and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, Am chuffed with my new car, and the pleasant buying experience from a lovely salesperson, thank you.

i just had a wonderful experience in purchasing my Kia Soul from Sandicliffe Kia in Leicester. Kenny ensured I didn't have to pick it up until my birthday and it was covered in balloons on the day. Kenny is brilliant, and so are the rest of the team!

No complaints at all. I would happily recommend Sandiclife Kia Very helpful and friendly dealers and good quality cars. I bought a Kia Sportage in February and I have had no issues with it at all. It was nice and clean and in great condition and I really reasonable price. The dealer was happy to help and was able to answer all of my questions.
