Would like to thank Tarik that sold us our range rover velar. There was a few teething problems with the paintwork which he promised he would get it all done for us and looking like new. He kept he's word got all the work done, the car looked stunning new tyres, new brakes full service and mot and then ready for us to see the car in its glory So for that we are very grateful and fell in love with the car. He was very friendly , great customer service kept us updated day to day, Very happy customers again as this is the second car we have brought from Saxton 4x4 . Highly recommend

It was a very pleasant experience dealing with Luke and Brittany who are helpful, friendly. explanatory , candid and efficient. It made the process of purchasing our car and the change over of documentation very easy .

I sent a message from autotrader and was called within 30 minutes. I had a chat with Luke and we arranged a meeting for Saturday. On entering I was welcomed by some staff. I went to the reception desk and asked for Luke was told he would be out soon. Don't think I waited 5 minutes and he greeted us warmly and showed us out to the car and answered all the questions we had. He asked if we would like to test drive which we did and the car performed exactly as he had said. Back at the showroom he got us all drinks and came and sat with us and explained how the purchasing work. After a few minutes discussion between us we agreed to buy the car. Luke told us about warranty and gap insurance there was no hard sell and we agreed on what we wanted. Luke told us the car would be ready the filling Friday. I arrived on the Friday and was met and Luke almost came straight over. The car was ready we sorted out patent and they also sorted the tax out with me while I was there so didn't have to do it on my phone. The showroom has a very good selection of 4x4 SUV and high performance cars, it is clean with free drinks plenty of seating and very professional. I would definitely use this company again.

I was a little nervous initially of purchasing through a company that was this big with so much stock for some reason but we visited on a Saturday and the Saxton team were very helpful. Its the best of both worlds......you are welcomed to the showroom and introduced to your salesperson. Then you are left to look around the cars on your own, if you have any questions they happily oblige. The team are informative and polite but do not hassle you. We had a small cosmetic problem with our car but Juhel Kindly said we could bring it back and they sorted it. I key point that I like is that they do not negotiate on the prices. Some people might not like this but I did as you know exactly where you stand. I would highly recommend Saxtons to anyone looking for a high end vehicle.

Saxton have an unusual sales process in as much as they like to keep you waiting at every stage of the transaction! As a result it can take rather a long time to view, test drive and eventually buy a vehicle particularly if prefer to use their finance. I don’t think I was unlucky as I had plenty of opportunity to watch other buyers going through the same! That aside, Saxton hold a vast quantity of primarily prestige cars at non negotiable prices to which they increase by adding what they call an “administration fee. I was rather unfortunate when an engine management warning light appeared as I collected my car. Saxton dealt with this well by giving me the option to choose another vehicle or wait for the repair to be carried out. I chose the latter, and it took 3 weeks for the repair to be completed under warranty by a main dealer. Communication from Saxton during the wait for the vehicle was poor and I had to chase them for updates. Saxton loaned me their courtesy car for the duration, and delivered the repaired vehicle to me with a full tank of petrol. So yes I would recommend but expect a lengthy buying process.
