Terrible and rude customer service
Poor customer service by the branch. Having spent a significant amount of money in buying a used car from the dealer, I was promised that I would get a full tank of fuel along with a few defects being rectified. On the day of delivery, I was told to fill up the car myself and purchase a new exhaust tip for the car as they were unable to obtain this from the original manufacturer. I was to then provide the receipts for which a refund will be provided. Over 3 months on and having chased on numerous occasions, I have still not received a refund despite being told a refund will be issued. I have now had to get Customer Service involved but have not yet received a response from them! Next step is the motor ombudsman. I would give zero stars if I could however 1 star is the lowest the scoring will allow. *update 15/12/2021* - Terrible customer service from the branch manager as they decided it was appropriate to send an aggressive email despite the branch being in the wrong. Glad to see they're striving to provide outstanding customer service! I have no trust in the company, and I'll happily take any future business elsewhere.
