Avoid at all costs

Poor initial contact after entering building. Sales staff just chatting. Health and safety was also poor. Tripped on metal floor plate twice and nearly sliced my chin open on disabled parking sign that was misaligned. Test drive all good but part-ex figure was not based upon Motorway or Webuyanycar. Around 5k lower. Unhelpful staff coupled with an overall poor customer experience will cement my decision never to return to this dealership.
