Very poor or is this the norm?
I purchased a brand new Picanto 2 in 2022,.. following a service this year, I noticed that the DAB element of the radio, although showing stations,had no audio output.This appears to be a fairly common problem with no known fix. The service department advises me I have to part with £120 for them to confirm that it is faulty. Jeez.... I could throw the money at the 1st person walking up the road to get the same diagnosis. as others have mentioned,once they have your money just forget about being treated as a 'valued customer ' because you are not. However , should anyone ask me for a recommendation I would have to say No. Likewise when I come to purchase a new vehicle, Stoneacre will not be on that list.
