Avoid!

I bought a car from Swandale in August after seeing it on Autotrader. The sales person Ricky was pushy. He said there was many people waiting to see the vehicle. It was an Audi old 56 plate. Hevsold the car for £1850. At the time I didnt realise this was very overpriced. The AC was not working. By the time I got home I realised the brakes were very noisy. The back windows didnt open. The car was vibrating. The stereo kept turning off and on like the wiring was faulty. I had the car seen and wasvtokd the brakes had not been fitted properly. And what was advertised as a ONE owner turned out to be FIVE previous owners which was on the log book. I complained and I was told I would get a part refund. After supplying my bank details they stopped responding. I understand they now run leicester car sales I have never been so disgusted at such customer service. I have taken the matter to Trading Standards. Please avoid at all costs.
