Had the unfortunate experience of having some warning lights come on mid journey between Southampton and Glasgow, that's ok I'll stop at Telfords just off the M6 when they open at 8:30. Went into the service department, explained my situation, I was mid journey, car was under warranty and could you possibly help me? The answer from the service department was NO fully booked, cars under warranty, still NO we' re too busy. A salesman walked passed laughed and said 'don't worry if you breakdown completely your under warranty ha ha' No empathy with a customer. I did breakdown not long after, RAC to 5 mins to diagnose, 45 mins to fix and get me on my way, that's what you would expect from a main dealer. A huge thanks to the RAC. I would NEVER even think of dealing with this lot ever again. As an employer myself I would have the two service advisers on a written warning for there attitude that morning and I certainly would have a word of advice for the salesman. Bloody Awful
