Bought a car beginning on Dec, it’s now mid Jan and still not received log book, they kept fobbing me off saying it’s because of the Christmas back log, rang DVLA, they have no record of my details and have said they have no backlog and never did. Car was given to me with one key after I paid the money and was told he would chase up the extra key, also car advertised as full service and only 2 stamps in book, he also said he would chase up hire company as that is where they bought it from, it’s taken me 6 Attempts to get hold of adviser to be told he never said that. He fed me a line that he probably says to all his customers to cover himself legally. Generic speeches to all customers. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!! Their after sale is bad and they pretend they have an admin team but really they are in a mobile home that holds 3 members of staff. Lies!!! And more lies!!!
