When my old car packed up, I was forced to look at purchasing another. I was a little reluctant to buy a car at that time due to the covid restrictions in place and although there wasnt too much interaction with the dealer, the process was very smooth and the overall customer service was great. They made is covid-safe, easy and comfortable. The car runs lovely and I am managing to get out and about in it despite everything, so enjoying it.

I recently part exchanged my Ford KA in for a Fiat 500L. I bought the KA from Thames Valley a few years back, its been a trusty little car and I looked after it very well but I needed a new car for work, and something with a bigger boot. I went online to Thames Valley website and when I saw the Fiat 500, I loved it. I went down, test drove and agreed to buy the car there and then. It was just what I needed, its a very nice car. Its lovely to drive and is much bigger than the KA, more practical for work. Tim looked after me, he was fantastic, just very helpful and polite - he never rushed or pressured me, it was all in my own time (I didnt need much time, I loved the car), really great customer service, I will be back when I need to exchange again, thanks Thames Valley!

I have always said, when I can afford it, I would love to treat myself to a nice new car, I've always had second hand cars, and I wanted something new and shiny. I was in a position where I could finally buy my new car but I was really nervous as it is a lot of money to hand over and I didn't have a dealership I could already trust. I shopped about online, and I researched reviews. I found a Vauxhall Adam up the road from me at Thames Valley Cars, I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it. I sent it to my son and even he agreed it looked like a great car and the price was according. I simply cannot fault this dealership, Tim and Kevin were absolutely brilliant, they knew I was nervous and had little knowledge about cars and they instantly put me at ease. Both were really really friendly and kind. I never felt under pressure, the guys made the whole process simple, easy and comfortable for me. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY NEW CAR!! It's perfect, the nicest and newest car I've ever owned. The interior is beautiful, its really comfortable inside and lovely to drive. I am over the moon with it, I really am. When the sale was completed Tim gave me his card and reassured me that if I needed anything or have any issues to just call and they will help me, I haven't once needed to rely on them as the car has been nothing but a dream since buying. Thank you to Tim and Kevin at Thames Valley Cars, you've made my dreams come true and I now have 'a dealership that I can trust'.

I had been searching for some time for a new car, and I had a specific criteria, in regards to age, mileage, condition, price and spec - so it was proving to be quite difficult. I moved my search further afield and came across a car at Thames Valley in Wokingham the car ticked all the boxes - but it was 2.5 hours away from me. I contacted the garage and they filled me with confidence, they were great on the phone, gave me all the details/history of the car and sent me further pictures. I decided to go for it, it was the only BMW 320D estate that ticked every box for me. When I got to the dealership I was not disappointed at all - the pictures didn't do the car justice. It was immaculate, and so worth the travel. Although I am far away, I will definitely use Thames Valley again, it was seamless and hassle-free.

I went to Thames Valley to change my Nissan Qashqai for a Kia Sportage, I like the bigger style cars, but now I've got the Sportage I prefer it so much more than the Qashqai, it feels much safer and sturdier and its really comfortable to be in and drive, its perfect!! Tim and Kevin at the dealership were great, really nice guys, I cant recommend them and the service they offer highly enough, they really did look after me. I have bought from Thames Valley Cars before, and I'll certainly buy from them again. This is the only dealer I would recommend to friends and family.

I bought a Fiesta from Thames valley a few months back, I've covered lots of miles in the car and not had a single issue. Its been driving and running perfectly, the condition of the car is immaculate and its been very reliable. When I was on site the dealership had gone above and beyond to keep customers and staff safe, the showroom was very covid-safe. I would happily buy from here again when Im ready to upgrade. The staff at the dealership were always on hand to help and gave great advice, the customer service was brilliant, very very helpful.

I can't fault a single thing about the Thames Valley, the service, the car, their process, it was all spot on. It was quick, easy and stress-free to buy the car, and the customer service I received was brilliant, the guys were helpful, friendly and nice to talk and deal with. I had the car delivered, it came exactly on time and was absolutely spotless. I bought a Kia Ceed, I really like it and its lovely to drive. Seems to running and driving perfectly, very happy over-all. I wouldn't hesitate buying from these guys again.

I helped my daughter purchase her first car, we found a Ford KA Zetec at Thames Valley Cars and from the offset the dealer was helpful, polite and very friendly. He had lots of information and was very clued up, he talked me and my daughter through everything the best he could given the circumstances. Customer service was great through-out. The car is lovely and perfect for her, it will be even better when she can really start to enjoy it getting out and about. I would happily recommend this dealership to friends and family, and I would buy from them again in the future.

I bought a car from Thames Valley a while back, I was really impressed with car I bought and also the staff at the dealership. My youngest son has just began learning to drive, so I wanted to buy him a little run around. the first place I looked was Thames Valley Cars and they had a Toyota Aygo in, it sounded great, looked in top condition and the price was very good. Although lessons have stopped for now, my son loves the car, its a perfect first car and very efficient to run. Thanks to the guys at the dealership for yet another great car and the best customer service!
