Unprofessional and don’t get back to you

I took a BMW to the Auto Haus that possibly needed new injectors ... I told them this which was probably my downfall because they did install some secondhand ones without getting back to me with a price first which they had promised to do. That cost me nearly 500 pounds I then took it fir an MOT which it failed. I wasvtold by that garagetge engine was finished, phoned Autohouse back to discuss this, they disputed it. I took it to another place for an MOT they failed it too. Told Autohouse I now had a second opinion which stated that the engine was faulty too...The manager stated to get in the defenensive. Told him I was merely sharing this with him. At the same time I told them I was not happy with the recovery service he recommended Zaks Recovery Service they quote a price but then want more, the man stole 20 pounds out if my ashtray. First of all he denied it and then when I challenged him about it he said he would return it. Autohouse promisedto speak to Zak and replace me £20 ... still waiting fir the money ...and despite several phone calls again to Autohouse no response. A bunch of cowboys, thieves and liars... avoid at all cost....
