Poor customer service

Brought a car from this company- paid the asking price plus £50 admin fee under the understanding that I would get a new door seal, boot badge and the spare key. Received the key 2months later. After numerous texts sent still didn’t have the seal or badge- was happy to just get that door seal even though I was promised before buying that I would get all 3 things. But talking to the company today I stated that they were taking a lot of time to get the seal sorted and I felt they were taking the mick out of me. I had a reply of “don’t be cocky with me”. Very unprofessional! I don’t think I’ll be getting what I was promised. Be careful when using this company- make sure you get what you want before taking the car.
