rude staff at The GDS Cars, unhelpful manager!

Arranged a viewing at GDS Cars and no one there upon arrival, rang the very rude man who said he'd be about 1 hour, went back home with my cash in my pocket... Glad too see the car is still for sale 2 weeks later and the price has dropped as I would rather pay more money for a better service...!!! If they are this bad before buying a car what would it be like if you had any problems???
I bought a Nissan Note from this dealership a few months back. The salesman was quite helpful and friendly. The car was clean and a good price but i have had a clicking noise that was repaired by the dealer and he said he had put in a new part but when I had it checked at a local garage they said there was no new part and that he had totally messed up the steering alignment. Apart from those couple of things everything has been okay.
