Service was okay

I was very happy with the service in the store, however, a month after purchasing the car one of the tyres became flat. It had a lose valve so when I went to fill the tyre with air the valve came out and the tyre went flat. This clearly was not checked when the car was sold to me. Also whilst the car came with the socket fitting to take off the tyre it did not come with a socket wrench, this meant I had to call out the AA to come and change my tyre rather than sort it myself. This all could have been prevented and money saved with a little more due diligence from the staff when the car was sold to me.
