Not to be trusted

Neil at the Van Discount Company sounded like a decent guy,this proved not to be the case. He said he had a Luton for immediate delivery. We said great send us an invoice. He said he could not do this until we paid £500 deposit. We foolishly did this and all went quiet. No reply to email or phone calls. Eventually got through to some other bloke who promised to ring back immediately , he did not. So we cancelled the order and miraculously Neil got back in touch and said he was on holiday. This was no good to us or our business, so we told him again we had cancelled our order and he needed to refund our deposit as we needed a van immediately as he originally promised. He is refusing to refund our deposit. Will have to get our solicitor on to,it. Don’t trust this company, you might get a van eventually but not when promised.
