Amazing Experience

Not sure where to start but firstly let me say that Rich was absolutely amazing. I have had three previous cars and I must say this has been by far the best customer service experience I have received! Rich has outstanding customer service which I’m very big on. As soon as I spoke with Rich on the phone, I instantly felt at ease and knew I was in safe hands. No question was too much, any queries I had he answered it straight away. I asked for a personal video of the car I wanted, and as promised he sent it to me even talking throughout it explaining the features of the car. I also part exchanged my car which wasn’t in the best condition and I got a very very good deal as other companies was offering me a low price. The price he offered even left me with some money for myself. I found my dream car at The Wright Car Company! I absolutely love it! I drove over an hour to collect it and it was well worth it. When I picked up the car, it was soooo clean, almost as if it came straight out the showroom. If you’re considering getting a car from here, I promise, you won’t be disappointed Thank you so much Rich, I will definitely come back to you again and recommend you to my friends and family.
