I'm going to give a strong 4 down below on the star rating not because of anything that went wrong just because no one is perfect, even me. All jokes a side this is one cracking dealership that I cant recommend enough to anyone who is reading this, I have told all of my friends and family how brilliant you guys are. Everything from start to finish was great. Everyone around the dealership so helpful and kind, its just a nice friendly environment to be in. The Volvo I bought it just fantastic, a lovely car that gets me from a to b that has a little bit of power here and there when you need it 😉

I am so pleased I came across this dealership I don't know what I would of done without them. I am over the moon with the service that was provided for me and I cant fault Steve in the slightest, what a great guy, he knows his stuff about cars too! I can't recommend these guys enough, get yourself down here for your new car. Just to mention my Nissan Juke is amazing, its a great example of this model, its lovely to drive and very very nice inside.

This is my 3rd time using V12 Sports and Classics and each car I have bought has been very reliable and a strong, solid car. Each experience has been different but equally as brilliant. I will forever buy my cars from V12, this dealership has never once failed me with customer service or the car choice I made. This is my second time using V12 sports and classic and I would happily use again, I can confidently pass on my recommendations onto whoever is reading this. The customer service here is great and they have always been happy to help with anything I've asked. The turn around at V12 has been pretty quick on both occasions. There is nothing untoward to report with my Lexus, its a very nice car and I am spending my time getting used to it and addapting from my previous car. I also have to mention that the car was beautifully prepared - very clean indeed! I believe I dealt with a lovely team member called Laura and she was very helpful and the whole process was incredibly smooth.

I recommend V12 to everyone, I bought a Golf from them in September and as they say so far so good! Cars are prepared to a high standard and customer service is great. I never give 5 stars but they're close so it'll be a cheeky 4.5.
