An excellent dealership who are very accommodating and welcoming from the moment you arrive, a very friendly team that are happy to give help where needed or always up for just a normal chat. The BMW is a 4 wheel drive so its nothing out of the ordinary for me with having a BMW before. I like that its only rear wheel drive when you put it in eco mode. The customer service around the place is at a very high standard and its nice to see.

I can for sure say that each and every staff member I came across here was so down to earth and very very kind. They were always checking on me, making sure I was ok/didn't need anything else doing. I can definitely recommend V12 to you if your looking for a good as new car. Inside and outside the Peugeot 3008 was immaculate, it was valeted to a very high standard. When it was time for my wife to upgrade her company car we discussed various options and came to the decision that a lovely BMW 2 Series would suit the bill. After a short search we found exactly what she was looking for at V12 in Luton. We made an appointment and I must say Awais was incredibly helpful. We viewed, test drove, negotiated all within that day and by the end of it I was driving the 2 Series off the forecourt.
