I can give no less than five stars because there is nothing more they could have done. The customer service was excellent from the first phone call I had with them all the way through to buying my car. And my Citroen is fantastic, thank you!

My first impression of V12 is overall a very good one. Having never purchased a car with them before, I didn't really know what to expect but I am happy to report that it was very smooth and the salespeople are great. The buying process was very simple and I would definitely go again!

The customer service here is amazing, like you wouldn't believe! All questions were answered and there was no pressure... it was bang on the money. My Merc is great, I love it!

If I was ever after a new car, V12 would be my first port of call, they were absolutely amazing! I bought my Q3 from the team in Wolverhampton recently, and I am over the moon with it! It is so so nice to drive, and looks unreal! The man who I dealt with was so nice and friendly, he really took me under his wing during the sale. I can't praise them enough, they were fantastic! All good with car -had few issues but v12 at Cannock been very helpful and approachable in sorting things out for us ! Just want to say Zack made the difference in us having the car (as we nearly didn't) his customer service was excellent !! Would rate at moment 4 out of 5 ✅

I am over the moon with my Golf, everything about it; the spec the condition etc, is absolutely spot on! There is not a mark on it! Every time I clean it I am blown away by how nice the car is. I recommend V12 all the time, the guys are fantastic!

Everything seems really good with the Leon I recently bought, it is great to drive and looks great as well. The guys were great to deal with and got everything sorted in a nic of time. There was no stress or hassle, it was a very simple, straight forward sale.
