I'm actually looking at purchasing another car from these guys as they were absolutely perfect from start to finish. I am 100% satisfied with the purchase, so wouldn't want to go anywhere else when on the hunt for my next vehicle. My salesman Daniel was spot on from start to finish, he answered every question I had and he didn't use any pushy sales tactics which was nice. I was very relaxed and felt very valued as a customer.

I would highly recommend using V12 for your next car purchase, they provide a 5 star service the whole time and sold me a cracker of a car, it was lovely and clean and its not skipped a beat since buying. Over-all really impressed with the dealership, staff and the car and wouldn't hesitate to shop here again.

Over the moon with the new purchase from V12, the salesman Sarda was able to make it a really enjoyable experience, he was easy to get along with and threw the occasional joke in keeping it fun and light hearted. He helped me out a lot with the documents and sorted me a great deal for the Mercedes I purchased. I would definitely recommend Sarda at the Wolverhampton site to others he was a great guy, and very genuine!

Helpful is the main word I would use to describe V12. From start to finish they were so willing to help with anything and were very friendly. They answered every question I had as best as they could and really went out of their way for me. They truly value each customer they have and try to provide the best experience possible which is wonderful. The purchase was very straight forward and I was done and dusted within the hour. I would happily recommend to others, they did a great job.

I am in love with me new Range Rover from V12. It is an unreal car and drives perfectly, its absolutely amazing. I use any excuse to get out and about in it! The service was fabulous as well, they were all so helpful and really friendly and bubbly. I have already recommended to a friend who is looking for a new vehicle as we speak.

It was my first ever car purchase and I'm so glad I went with V12 to experience this. They were all so friendly and helpful and really looked after me from start to finish. My Aygo is great on fuel and insurance, and is very easy to drive, so it suited me to a T! To say Patrick was good at his job would be an under statement. I went down LOOKING at cars, I had no intention of buying a car that day, I wanted to look to determine what suited best. I walked out with a new purchase and can't thank Patrick enough for his expertise and knowledge during the process. I've driven the car up and down to Scotland got a good feel for it and I'm more than satisfied, as far as driving a car goes, its comfortable and enjoyable. I purchased a lovely Volvo XC60, it is a wonderful car and is already doing exactly what we wanted it for. I've had a tow bar fitted so I can pull the trailer and I've found so many cool features and gadgets with it. There is a very good process in place at V12, I just strolled in one day and a young man came to help me, he asked me a few questions, I told him what I wanted and I found myself looking over this Volvo in no time. The young man was called Conor, and he helped me through the whole process, from start to finish. From agreeing to buy the car everything was simple, smooth and quick. NO pressure applied at any point. I will be back to V12 with this car when it needs MOT/Servicing and nothing will stop me buying my next car here too!
