What a car my Volvo is that I got from V12 in Hinckley! Visharn was a really great guy to purchase from, he has a very personable character and he seems like quite the enthusiast when it came to the cars he was selling! The car is bloody lovely! I can't say much more than that can I! It is such a lovely motor both to look at and drive. Steve was such a nice bloke I really can't fault him. It goes without saying I'd use him again and I'd be happy to pass on my recommendations too.

I knew about V12 Sports and Classics in Wolverhampton because I went to look at a car with my brother there a while ago. I was looking to buy a new car myself so I popped into their showroom to see what they had in stock and I came across the Merc and instantly fell in love with it. I asked one of their sales agents called Douglas if I was able to take it for a test run and he was more than happy to accommodate me with this and told me to take my time doing so. The car drove beautifully and it was so comfy, I went back to their showroom and went ahead with the sale. Douglas sorted all of the paperwork out for me really quickly and got the car prepared for me and I was able to drive away in my new Merc really quickly. I'm so happy with my new car and I would not have any reservations about returning back here again.

The customer service from V12 Sports in Hinckley was excellent, especially from Steve who was very informative and not the pushy type. He answered all my questions I threw at him and he gave me a thorough demonstration of the car’s features. He also arranged a test drive for me which was a great way to experience the car’s performance and comfort. On the day of the handover the car was immaculate and gleaming. Steve had cleaned and polished it to perfection. He gave me a detailed explanation of the car’s paperwork and made sure I was satisfied with everything. He also gave me his contact details in case I had any issues or queries in the future. I am very grateful to Steve for his outstanding service and for making my car buying experience a memorable one!

Rob the salesman who helped me was amazing to deal with. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. A really great service from V12 Sports and Classics in Worksop! I purchased an Audi Q2 and it was lovely and clean when I received it and the dealers were happy to help in anyway they could. A really good bunch of lads and I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone!

I found a car I liked with V12 in Worksop so I contacted them. From the moment I spoke to Ryan he was amazing. helpful, efficient and friendly. When I went to look at the car it was exactly how it looked in the pictures and what they said about it. I took it for a test run to make sure that everything was mechanically sound with it which was certainly the case, it drove well and was nice and smooth. My mind was made up to go ahead and buy the car. I'm really pleased with my Merc and the service from here was outstanding.

The customer service from Dilojan was excellent he answered all my questions and helped me find the best deal for my budget. He also arranged for all the paperwork to be done and this was done smoothly and efficiently. The handover of the car was good, he showed me all the features and functions of the car and explained how to use them. The car was in immaculate condition, very clean and well maintained, it looked like new. The car itself is amazing, it drives smoothly and quietly, it has a lot of power and performance and it is very comfortable and spacious. I am very satisfied with my Mercedes and I would highly recommend V12 Sports and Classics in Luton to anyone looking for a quality used car. They are professional, friendly, and trustworthy. They have a great selection of cars at reasonable prices. I would give them 5 out of 5.
