Everything has been perfect! The car, Perfect! The Service, Perfect! Barbara, Perfect! The atmosphere in the dealership made me feel really comfortable, I mainly dealt with Barbara but all the other staff were really nice and welcoming too, everyone came over to chat and say hello. I had a Ford Fiesta previously, it was an 07 reg so a lot older than my new Polo, I have a ot more bells and whistles now and a lot more confidence in the reliability.

I am really pleased with Laura and dealing with V12 Sports And Classics. I have had Renault cars in the past but this is the first sort of small SUV which I have had. My husband has a Laguna Estate which is a very similar drive so it hasn't been to difficult to get used to. Laura rally was a gem and smashed it out the park, very easy to get along with, welcoming and generally very good at what she does. I would recommend V12 Sports And Classics.

My Audi is absolutely brilliant, I love it, I really do, it is a great car. When we went to look at it the car was clean but on collection it was even better and it looked like it had just come out of an Audi showroom as a brand new car. Zach our allocated salesman was a proper nice guy and he really did know his stuff, he bent over backwards to help me with everything. My son has just passed his test recently so we will be looking to buy a car from him soon and we will definitely be coming here to do so.

The Land Rover is spot on, I cannot complain one bit. Hassan was brilliant and miles better than most of the main dealerships that I have bought cars from in the past, he looked after me really well. I bought a Mercedes recently also from a main dealership and you was lucky to even get a coffee out of them. One of the good things about my experience here is that I was told before the purchase that my car only came with one key but when I went to collect it they found a spare key for me which put the cherry on the cake with everything. If I could score these higher than a five I would do it really was a first class service.

I was looking to get a car on finance so I filled in my details and I received a phone call from Max at V12 Sports and Classics in Stoke on Trent. Max was really helpful and he was very accommodating with me during working hours and whilst I was going back and forth dealing with my customers. I told Max exactly what I was looking for and he managed to source this for me so I travelled from Sutton Coldfield to Stoke On Trent to see the car. When I arrived there the lad that looked after me was brilliant and he even told us the best place to get oatcakes from and he called to order them for me also. I'm delighted with my Alfa it is a fantastic car and perfect for all of my needs. If I could score this company higher than a five I would do it was a very enjoyable buying experience.
